What items are returnable?

  • Items delivered within 60 days of purchase
  • Unworn & Unused items
  • All tags attached

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Warehouse Sale items
  • Mystery Box purchases
  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

What if I purchased an Alice + Whittles item? 

If you purchased a pair of Alice + Whittle boots and need to request a return or exchange, please fill out this form and we'll be in touch shortly! 

What if I purchased a Known Supply item? 

If you purchased a Known Supply item, your package should have arrived with a returns form.   Returns are accepted back to the KS Warehouse within 60 days of the original order date within the US and Canada. All returned merchandise must be unworn with tags and free of any damages. We cannot accept exchanges for KS at this time - sorry for any inconvenience! Feel free to drop us a line at blue@unitedbyblue..com for help with your KS return. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Your return will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt.  Once we receive and inspect your items, you should receive the refund into your account within 48 business hours.
